NOTE: Due to increased demand please expect longer delays at busy times of the year such as the Christmas period. Please place your order early.
Photo lab orders can be placed from any in store kiosk, your smartphone/tablet or home computer.
Photo lab orders are shipped either to the store of your choice (no shipping charge) or to your home (free shipping for orders over $99 CAD; there is a $9.95 CAD ship charge for orders under $99 CAD). This will result in a delay before you receive them.
Turnaround times vary by item ordered and do not include shipping time (3-7 business days when shipped to home by Canada Post).
Most general size prints have a production turnaround time of 3-5 days (does not include shipping time).
Specialty items have production turnaround times of 9-13 days or 12-15 days depending on the item (does not include shipping time).
