How much will my repair cost? Follow
If your camera is damaged or malfunctioning, you may need to send it for repair. The cost of the repair will depend on the type and extent of the damage, as well as the availability of spare parts.
To determine the exact cost, we will have an authorized service centre (outside of Henry's) repair technician inspect your camera and prepare an estimate for you. You will receive the estimate by email. You can then decide whether to accept or decline the estimate.
If you accept it, we will charge you the agreed fee and then proceed with the repair. If you decline it, we will return your camera to you without any charge.
Customers also have the option of agreeing to a pre-approved repair fee. If the cost of the repair is higher than the pre-approved price, the customer will be notified with an estimate. If the estimate is refused there is no charge to the customer. This option results in faster repair turnaround time.
NOTE: Requesting an estimate increases repair time due to the back and forth between the customer, Henry's and the repair service centre.
