How do I know if a product is available? Follow
When you arrive to a product page on henrys.com you will see an option to "Check Store Availability" this will prompt an embedded window to appear that will show a list of all the stores that currently have the item in stock. Whether you are on mobile or desktop will result in two different appearances.
Other product page stock indicators:
'In Stock' indicates the item is available directly from our warehouse and will result in the quickest shipping turnaround.
'Out of Stock' indicates a regularly stocked item but no stock currently available; the item is awaiting stock replenishment from the supplier and there is no current ETA. You may place an order but there will be a delay in fulfilling your order until such time as stock is available.
'Limited Stock' usually indicates that there is no stock in the warehouse but the item may be available in store (see 'check store availability'). The item can be ordered online but there will be a shipping delay due to the fact the item will need to be sourced from an outlying store before it can be shipped to you.
'Pre-Order' indicates a newly released item that is still not available as regular stock. There is currently none available as we are awaiting first shipments from vendors. You may place an order but there will be a delay in fulfilling your order until such time as stock is available. Orders are fulfilled based on time and date of order.
'Special Order' indicates an item that is not regularly stocked at all. They are available from the product vendor/distributor. We can order the item on your behalf but the items are subject to certain restrictions; primarily once the order is placed there are no refunds or cancellations as the item is being specifically ordered for you. Please carefully consider your order.
