Most pieces of equipment (camera, lens, tripod, studio light, etc.) whether purchased at Henry's or elsewhere can be dropped off and sent out for repair. Our sales staff will help determine the best course of action and to which of our authorized service outlets your camera gear should be sent.

Any receipt for an item purchased through Henry's can be retrieved in our point of sale system.
Please provide the original receipt for any item still under warranty that may have been purchased elsewhere.
